Why Lystvik exists
Installers choose between premium film at premium prices and cheap film nobody can verify. Trade prices often sit behind logins and sales calls. Lystvik is for the shop in between: we publish the spec sheet, the price and the lead time, and you decide.
What we sell, and how
We don’t make film. We choose it from manufacturers, check their documents, and sell it under the Lystvik name. The film ships to your shop from the factory or from a supplier’s regional warehouse. We hold no stock, which keeps our costs, and your prices, low.
Spec-first
A spec, test result or warranty goes on the site only when the manufacturer’s document is on file. Until then, the product page says the value is pending. Thickness is shown in µm and mil, side by side.
Two speeds, honest lead times
- Planned ships factory-direct at the lower price, for jobs you book ahead.
- Express ships from regional stock, when the film is in stock there, for jobs that can’t wait.
The lead times for both are on the price list. We confirm the speed and the delivery date in writing before you pay. If a delivery runs late, we tell you.
No minimums, and a trial cut
No exclusivity, no monthly commitments, and no minimum order beyond a 3 m cut. If you want to try the film first, order a 3 m trial cut at the per-meter price and put it on a real job.
What we don’t do
- No made-up reviews, testimonials, customer logos or referrals.
- No “military grade”, no fake scarcity, no claims we can’t document.
- No “made in Sweden”. Lystvik is a Swedish brand. Each product page states the film’s country of origin once the supplier is confirmed.
Who we are
Lystvik is founder-owned and trades as a brand of a Swedish aktiebolag. The company details are in the imprint.
The name
Lyster is Swedish for luster. Vik means cove. Lystvik is an imagined harbor in the north where the light hits the water just right: the luster we protect. Say it LIST-vik.
